1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Clara, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Clara.
Clara is operated by Decentralized Intelligence AG. References to Clara, we, us, and our mean Decentralized Intelligence AG and the Clara service.
2. Service description
Clara is a DeFi exploit intelligence platform that publishes incident reports, root-cause analysis, execution traces, proof-of-concept artifacts, and related security research.
Some features, incidents, reports, traces, or workflow tools may require a paid subscription or another access grant.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and linked identity secure. You may not share paid access, resell access, or let another person use your account to access paid features.
Where Clara uses X sign-in, Stripe billing, or other third-party identity and payment services, your use of those services is also subject to the applicable third-party terms.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscription prices, billing intervals, access levels, and included features are shown on the pricing page and in Stripe checkout at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the Stripe customer portal where available.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
5. Free and paid access
Free users may have delayed or limited access to incidents and features. Paid subscribers may receive broader access while their subscription remains active and in good standing.
Feature names, availability, quotas, access windows, and plan structure may change over time. The pricing page and product UI are the current source for access details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Clara or its content.
- Do not use Clara to facilitate, plan, or execute malicious activity, unauthorized exploitation, fraud, or attacks.
- Do not scrape, crawl, mirror, bulk download, or systematically extract Clara content except where expressly permitted.
- Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, authentication, billing, or technical restrictions.
- Do not share account credentials, misrepresent your identity, or obtain access through false or misleading information.
- Do not interfere with Clara infrastructure, other users, or third-party systems.
7. Clara content and data license
Clara reports, data, PoCs, traces, labels, charts, screenshots, curation, and related materials are proprietary unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Reuse of Clara materials is governed by the Data and Report License. These Terms of Service do not grant broader commercial, redistribution, or model-training rights.
8. Research artifacts and defensive use
Proof-of-concept artifacts, exploit reconstructions, traces, and related technical details are provided for defensive security research, education, incident response, and analysis.
You may not use Clara materials to attack, compromise, exploit, or disrupt any protocol, wallet, system, organization, or person.
9. No professional advice
Clara is provided for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on Clara is financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for your own security, investment, operational, and research decisions. You should not rely solely on Clara when making decisions involving digital assets, funds, protocols, or third-party systems.
10. Disclaimers
Clara is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that Clara will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, accurate, current, or suitable for your particular purpose.
Incident reports, automated analysis, risk signals, labels, traces, and estimates may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or later revised.
11. Suspension and enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these terms, created risk for Clara or others, abused access, or used Clara in a prohibited way.
We reserve all legal and equitable remedies for unauthorized use of Clara content, account abuse, scraping, redistribution, security abuse, or infringement of our rights.
12. Changes to Clara and these terms
We may change Clara features, access rules, plans, pricing, quotas, or availability from time to time.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use of Clara after an update means you accept the updated terms.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decentralized Intelligence AG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses arising from use of Clara.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved by arbitration under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration of the Swiss Arbitration Centre. The seat of arbitration shall be Zug, Switzerland. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator in English.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Decentralized Intelligence AG may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, systems, or access controls.
